Yes. We are licensed by the State of Oregon as a Class 3 Adult Foster Home, which allows us to provide the highest level of hands-on medical support available in an adult foster home setting.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept both Medicaid and private pay.
What levels of care can you provide?
Our caregivers support residents with medication management, mobility and transfer assistance (including Hoyer and stand-up lifts), wound care, diabetes and oxygen management, catheter care, memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia, and hospice support.
Is this really a home, or more like a facility?
It is a genuine single-family home. The owner and her family live on-site, and residents share day-to-day life in a real household, not an institutional setting.
Can a resident stay through end of life?
Yes. We accept hospice care, and residents may remain in our home through end of life if that is their wish.
How many caregivers are on shift?
We typically have two caregivers on shift during the day, plus dedicated overnight staff, so residents are never without support.
What is the move-in process?
Reach out to schedule a tour and a needs assessment. From there, we build a personalized care plan and coordinate a move-in date that works for your family.
Can family visit?
Absolutely. Family and friends are always welcome. We just ask that you call ahead so we can coordinate around meals and rest times.
