Happy Valley Love & Care is a licensed Class 3 Adult Foster Home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Happy Valley, Oregon. We care for a small number of residents at a time so every person receives real attention — not a number on a chart.

The owner and her family live on-site, and this is truly a shared household: residents join a real family home, with home-cooked meals, a welcoming garden and patio, and caregivers who know their stories, preferences, and needs by heart.

We welcome both male and female residents, and our home is open and affirming to all. Residents may remain in our home through end of life, with hospice support coordinated as needed, so families never have to worry about another disruptive move.

Happy Valley Love & Care is owned and operated by Kristina Ciurar and family, who bring over 17 years of caregiving experience to every resident they welcome into their home.
